Annalisa has over 30-years’ experience in administrative services within industries such as not-for-profit, healthcare, finance, publishing and IT. Annalisa’s last corporate role was with the National Breast Cancer Foundation as Administrator/Coordinator for the Corporate Partnerships Team. Prior to this position, she founded and has directed her own small business The Transcription People since 2000.
Annalisa believes in continuous learning and completed her Master in Business & Technology Degree at the University of New South Wales in 2017. She is regularly invited to speak on business ownership and connection technologies by organisations such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Digital Citizens, A-List Entrepreneurs and Hunter Women’s Business Group.
Annalisa went through a 30-year breast disease resulting in the only decision to undergo a double mastectomy in 2013 coupled with losing her father to pancreatic cancer the year before. She is passionate about natural health & wellness and is dedicated to helping others through excellence in customer service and is actively engaged as a volunteer in the youth services and education sectors.
In her spare time, Annalisa enjoys hanging out with her partner and two teenage children, enjoying fine dining and wine experiences in the Hunter valley and living her best life.
